Pumpkin Patch and Carving Pumpkins

We took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch a few weekends ago to pick out their pumpkins. Jacob had such a hard time picking his. He was looking for a pumpkin that had NO dirt on it and no yucky marks. After about an hour of searching Tyler finally ran ahead and wiped one off with his shirt, Jacob loved his pumpkin :)






Sunday night the kids and I carved the pumpkins. Everyone each carved their very own pumpkin. Jacob was so pleased with this because it was the first time he was allowed to use a knife. Miya was the only one who would clean out her pumpkin, I had to help the boys because it was so gross feeling. Miya though LOVED it, she had so much fun cleaning out the pumpkin.
